The Driver App

Mainstream's Sign On Glass driver application is used throughout our national fleet. The application has been custom developed in house to suit the dynamic requirements of our growing fleet as well as deliver a host of benefits to our customers.  Our new application provides for:

• Simplifying communications with our drivers 
• Real time visibility into pickup and delivery of freight, including endorsement details
• Smarter dispatching, saving time and ensuring that pickups and deliveries are carried out in the most efficient manor Real time feed of consignment proof of delivery back to our online customer portal
• The ability to take photographs of the consignment at pickup and delivery
• Consignment documentation electronically attached to job for the driver for returns and reverse logistics

The platform forms a key part of our technology strategy as we continue to enhance our customer experience and real time consignment data through our secure customer web portal making using our services easy.  Further innovation and developments are on their way and we look forward to sharing these with you as they become available.
