CUSTOMISED CUSTOMER SERVICE

Peace of mind is knowing Mainstream's customer service people are working for you. We also have our own custom written computer programme to assist in instant track and trace of consignments. Proof of delivery (POD) information is available to you upon entry of your consignment note number on our website. The first stage of this service is now online (you have the option of requesting a signature by email or fax).

You have the option of electronic invoicing and various ways of presenting your invoice. We have specific custom written reports for our larger customers and provide a standard volume/tonnage/price report per destination for any date range and also On time in full Reports.
