Teaming with Mainstream
To
reach the pinnacle in his sport Myron set about building
a capable and supportive team around him - providing
coaching, mentoring and financial assistance.
Mainstream joined that team in 2009.
Mainstream Owner and Managing Director, Greg
Haliday, explained the decision to support Myron: "We found
Myron professional and mature beyond his years. He was dedicated to
cycling and came from a local and capable family. We felt he
had further to go in his career and was worthy
of support."
Mainstream's support for Myron is made up of a combination of
financial support and making sure he has the tools available to
keep himself up with the technological advances in his
sport.
With a lot of travel and international competition
for committed cyclists, the team at Mainstream keep
a close eye on Myron's progress and achievements.
"We believe Myron is a winner and a wonderful ambassador
for New Zealand and his sport," concluded Greg
Haliday.

WESTPAC RESCUE HELICOPTER
The Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust (ARHT), is the charitable
trust that owns and operates the Auckland based Westpac Rescue
Helicopters on behalf of the community it serves. The rescue
service is always on-call - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days
a year
Following a personal need by Mainstream Owners, Greg and Diane
Haliday, to call-out the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Mainstream
has been a consistent contributor to the trust for over 10
years.
"We believe the Westpac Rescue Helicopter team does a great
job helping people in in need in our community,"
said Diane Haliday. "We have our people and trucks on the road
every day, and personally we like to get out on the water
ourselves. Having the knowledge that help is close at hand in
the event of emergency means we're happy to support the
Westpac Rescue Helicopter."
